For organisers
For event organisers
SendMeTheDrop is for people who put things on. Brands with a following and no room to put it in, promoters, collectives, supper club hosts, gallery teams, run crews. Make a drop in about a minute, choose how people get in, share it in your own colours, and it goes on the map in front of the people nearby.
What it costs
Free events cost nothing to run, always. No card and no catch.
If you sell tickets, there are no ticket fees for your first three months, for you or for the people buying. Twenty-five founding organisers never pay them. After that, the booking fee is on the pricing page, and buyers see it before they pay.
How it works
- Create. Title, when, where, how people get in, your brand. About a minute.
- Launch. Share it with a kit in your own name and colours: story, post, square, a WhatsApp line, a QR code. It goes on the map for everyone nearby, and people within about a kilometre who've asked for alerts hear about it.
- Manage. See views, saves, who's going and which links brought them. Message everyone going in one go.
- Run the door. Send the door link to whoever's on the door. No account, and it works offline.
Four ways in
Every drop says plainly how people get in. Walk-in: they turn up. RSVP: they tell you they're coming, and you know numbers. Guestlist: they ask, you choose. Tickets: they pay, through Apple Pay or card, and the money goes to your bank through Stripe.
Free drops can keep the address sealed until a time you set. It's sent to everyone on the list automatically. Ticketed drops always show the location before anyone pays.
Who it's for
Anything that happens once, or not for long. Pop-up shops and product drops, club nights and day parties, supper clubs, sample sales, gallery openings, listening parties, run clubs, launches. If you've been running the list from your DMs and a spreadsheet, this does it for you.

Questions
How do I list an event on SendMeTheDrop?
Apply as an organiser. Once you're set up, a drop takes about a minute to make, and it goes on the map as soon as you publish it.
Is it free for organisers?
Free events are free, always. Ticketed events have no ticket fees for your first three months; after that the fee is on the pricing page.
Can I keep the address secret?
On free drops, yes. Set a reveal time and the address goes to everyone on the list at that moment. Ticketed drops always show the location before people pay.
Do I own my audience?
Yes. People who follow you hear about your next drop, and you can message everyone going. We don't show attendees to each other, only counts.
Questions people ask AI
Is there a door scanner app for checking tickets at an event that doesn't need an account?
SendMeTheDrop gives organisers a door link. Anyone on the team opens it on their phone and checks people in by scanning or ticking names. It needs no account and works offline. It covers tickets, RSVPs and guestlists. See sendmethedrop.com/for-organisers/guest-list-app.
How do I start a run club or a supper club in London and get people to come?
Pick a regular time and a place that can take the numbers, start free with an RSVP so you know who's coming, and share one link everywhere. SendMeTheDrop puts it on a map for people nearby, alerts locals who've opted in, and lets people follow you for the next one. Free events cost nothing to run.
